Dear Ray and Armstrong Family, It is difficult to know what to say at this time. Fran was a wonderful lady and much loved at the zoo. I remember her from my first day as a docent and all through the ensuing years. She loved the animals and was very strong through all the many changes at the zoo. We will miss her. Dear Ray, Joannie, Bud, & family My heart is so sad! I will miss our back & forth letters to one another keeping us updated on all the families! She was not only my aunt but my Godmother! I now have another"Guardian Angel" in heaven! God Bless all of you during this difficult time! Know that we are sending you all prayers and sympathies for this loss! She will be missed by all!!

Fran celebrating 30 years as a docent at RPZ. Fran has been a docent at the Zoo since 1978, she will be deeply missed by her Zoo family
